Dr. Yaowaluk Chaobanpho is a lecturer at the College of Politics and Governance, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), with a Ph.D. in Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University (2020). She has extensive academic and professional experience, including roles as advisor to the President of the Law Alumni Association, assistant editor of Ratchapark Journal, and assistant secretary to a Constitutional Court judge. Her research and publications focus on Thai politics, governance, public policy, elections, local government, and political parties, as well as contemporary issues like digital democracy and security policies. She also actively contributes as a peer reviewer for multiple academic journals. In addition, Dr. Yaowaluk has participated in numerous professional trainings on AI in teaching, digital platforms, curriculum design, quality assurance, and research impact evaluation, reflecting her commitment to both academic scholarship and educational innovation

Mr. Rhio Pandayan is a Licensed Professional Teacher (Philippines), and EFL and Art educator affiliated with the Foreign Languages Department of Thammasat Primary School in Thailand. He is also a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in the Philippines. His academic foundation includes a Master of Technology Education (MTE), which informs his dedication to advancing innovative strategies in technical education and leadership roles.
He has designed and evaluated a multi-functional drafting tool that consolidates multiple instruments into a single device, aiming to streamline classroom practice and improve instructional efficiency.
