กลยุทธ์การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนของกลุ่มเกษตรกร ผู้เลี้ยงตั๊กแตนปาทังกา กรณีศึกษาบ้านใต้ฆ้อง จังหวัดสุรินทร์
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงตั๊กแตนปาทังกา 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยภายในและภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกร และ 3) เสนอแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน การดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงตั๊กแตนปาทังกาในระดับชุมชน การวิจัยใช้วิธีเชิงพรรณนา เก็บข้อมูลจากเกษตรกรจำนวน 70 ครัวเรือน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ SWOT และ TOWS matrix ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มเกษตรกรมีความได้เปรียบด้านต้นทุนการผลิตและความร่วมมือภายในกลุ่มในระดับสูง แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและช่องทางการตลาด ส่งผลให้ยังคงพึ่งพาพ่อค้าคนกลาง เป็นหลัก ขณะเดียวกันโอกาสจากการเติบโตของตลาดออนไลน์และแนวโน้มการบริโภคโปรตีนทางเลือกเปิดโอกาสให้กลุ่มสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพได้ แนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาช่องทางการจำหน่ายออนไลน์ การเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้า การพัฒนาทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการและเทคโนโลยี และการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือภายในกลุ่ม ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการยกระดับประสิทธิภาพซัพพลายเชนและความสามารถในการแข่งขันของชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
