Abstract

This research aimed to investigate undergraduate students’ satisfaction towards the Bachelor of Economics (International Program) at the Faculty of Economics, Srinakharinwirot University. A survey research design was employed. The sample consisted of 157 undergraduate students (Years 1 - 4), selected using simple random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table. The research instrument was a questionnaire validated by three experts (IOC = 0.67 - 1.00) and pilot-tested with 30 participants, yielding Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of no less than 0.70. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation). Open-ended responses were analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicated that overall student satisfaction with the program was at a high level, with major strengths related to faculty quality and subject-specific knowledge development. However, moderate satisfaction was found in several areas linked to international-program value and support services, such as opportunities for student exchange/overseas programs (x-bar = 3.33) and the readiness of technology and facilities (x-bar = 3.42, S.D. = 1.29). Qualitative findings highlighted actionable suggestions, including enhancing course practicality and up-to-date content, strengthening tangible international exposure, improving facilities and common learning spaces, and upgrading administrative support and communication systems.
