Development of notification system for government advance loan transfer and transfer money to university staff welfare Office of Learning Innovation Srinakharinwirot University

Abstract

This research has two main objectives: 1) To develop a notification system for transferring government advance loans and welfare funds to university employees of the Learning Innovation Office at Srinakharinwirot University. 2) To study the satisfaction of employees who receive money transfer notifications. The research sample consisted of 15 academic personnel and 18 operational personnel who received notifications of money transfers. The research was divided into 1) design and develop the system, 2) create a questionnaire, 3) test the use of the system, and 4) assess satisfaction. The research tools included a notification system for transferring government advance loans and welfare funds to university employees at the Learning Innovation Office, Srinakharinwirot University, and a satisfaction assessment form for employees receiving money transfer notification services. The research findings indicate that the developed bank account notification system is usable and helps employees receive accurate information. The system development has incorporated information technology for efficient management and operation. The satisfaction evaluation results show that the average satisfaction with the notification system is the highest. When considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction with the form of the money transfer notification system is the highest overall, with an average rating of 4.86, and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.35. Additionally, regarding the completeness and accuracy of the information, the overall average satisfaction is at the highest level, with an average rating of 4.93, and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.26. Lastly, in terms of the use of the notification system, the overall average satisfaction is at the highest level, with an average rating of 4.92 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.27.
