The Development of an Online Material Requisition System for the Procurement Administrative Division of The Innovative Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand

Abstract

This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate the efficiency of the Online Material Requisition System for the Innovative Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University, by applying Lean Management principles and digital technologies, such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script. The system was developed following the SDLC framework and was tested by experts, along with a user satisfaction evaluation. The findings indicate that the new system reduced the number of operational steps from 8 to 6, decreased processing time by 72.97%, and enhanced accuracy and transparency in procurement processes. Furthermore, the user satisfaction assessment revealed an “excellent” level across all indicators, particularly in service quality, which received the highest score. These results highlight the effectiveness of information technology in improving procurement management, minimizing errors, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within organizations.
