Comparative Analysis of Software for Monitoring Network Performance and Availability in Siriraj Hospital

The objective of this study; Comparison of monitoring software in Siriraj Hospital was compare Solarwinds software with others. Because there are continuously increasing number of patients in Siriraj Hospital that makes the stability of the network system and management of IT infrastructure even more important. Therefore, the stable and network availability was necessary to make the system can be used continuously. This study was, compare Solarwinds software with software of PRTG and WhatsUp Gold, found that an advantages of Solarwinds software in network monitoring and data display was better than software of PRTG and WhatsUp Gold and the disadvantages that are large files for installation and more expensive with modules and maintenance cost. Comparison of warning system to notify of problems; Solarwinds, PRTG and Whatsup Gold software have similar capabilities including system integration, display and reporting. Conclusion, Organization should use Solarwinds software for value and efficiency that suitable for all level users
