In the digital era, information technology has become an integral part of various aspects of society. The increasing reliance on online platforms for data accessibility and storage has led to the widespread adoption of websites as essential tools for information dissemination and service provision. A prominent example is the application of web-based systems at the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, which significantly enhances both patient care and medical operations. The Siriraj Connect application, for instance, facilitates patient appointment scheduling and real-time queue monitoring, thereby improving the overall efficiency of hospital services. Developing a high-quality website requires careful consideration of multiple factors, including user experience, content organization, color selection, presentation style, and overall performance. Before the development process begins, a comprehensive analysis of user requirements and objectives is essential to ensure that the website effectively fulfills its intended purpose. This article focuses on the application of the C.R.A.P. (Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity) design principles in website design, emphasizing their role in enhancing usability and visual appeal. The implementation process starts with the collection of user data, which serves as the foundation for designing a website that is both aesthetically pleasing and effective in minimizing communication errors. By incorporating these principles, the website can successfully meet user needs while ensuring an optimal and satisfying user experience.
