Efficiency and Satisfaction with the Electronic Meeting System (SWU e-Meeting), Faculty of Physical Therapy, Srinakharinwirot University

Abstract

This research aimed to study the satisfaction and problems of the electronic meeting system (SWU e-Meeting) of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Srinakharinwirot University. This research was quantitative research, involving 8 executives and faculty committee members, using an online questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The results of the data analysis were presented in the form of percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results of the research found that 100.00 percent of the executives and faculty committee members used the electronic meeting system, except for meeting participation at 50.00 percent and meeting agenda proposals at 25.00 percent. The frequency of use was mostly once a month. The overall satisfaction with the efficiency of the electronic meeting system was at the highest level, with a mean value of 4.88 (S.D. = 0.35). The overall satisfaction with the electronic meeting system service provider was at the highest level, with a mean value of 4.73 (S.D. = 0.54). However, the points that should be developed regarding the use of the electronic meeting system include the invitation system, which requires creating a meeting invitation letter and sending it to swu.ac.th emails; however, most personnel do not regularly use their institutional email.
