This study explores the smart supply chain process for managing home economics education in Thai universities, focusing on leveraging technology and data to optimize integration and improve efficiency. Researchers found relevant academic articles based on the results of the literature review. The article aims to increase efficiency and to develop student learning, including creating a sustainable smart supply chain for home economics education management in Thai universities for the management of various resources from raw material procurement and food production to warehouse management and customer service which will result in many benefits. The process of the smart supply chain for home economics education management in Thai universities is broken down into four steps: Fragmented supply chains, connected supply chains, coordinated supply chains, and integrated supply chains. This is crucial. Each level is a step in the process of integrating the smart supply chain for home economics education management in Thai universities, which seeks to leverage technology, data, and cooperative methods to transition from fragmentation to integration in order to maximize efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and create a competitive edge. Thus, the process of optimizing several areas of the supply chain through the use of sophisticated technology and data-driven strategies is known as “leveraging the smart supply chain for home economics education management in Thai universities”.
