The Relationship Between Administrators' Instructional Leadership and Teachers' Self-Efficacy of District Learning Encouragement Center under Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of instructional leadership among educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement. 2) study the level of teachers’ self-efficacy among teachers in educational institutions under Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement and 3) examine the relationship between instructional leadership and teachers’ self-efficacy within educational institutions under the Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement. The population in this study consisted of 68 teachers and educational personnel under educational institutions supervised by the Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement. A questionnaire was used as the instrument in collecting data. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that 1) The level of academic leadership among educational institutions administrators in Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement was high, with the highest score in the component of defining the institution's academic mission ( = 4.26,
= 0.69). 2) The level of teachers’ self-efficacy among teachers in educational institution under Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement was high and the component with the highest score was classroom management ability (
= 4.30,
= 0.65). 3) There was a strong positive correlation between administrators' instructional leadership and teachers’ self-efficacy among educational institutions under Nonthaburi Office of Learning Encouragement at the statistical significance level of .01 (r = 0.77, p < .01).
