It describes the meaning, importance, and focus of life skills development, including the synthesis of important components of life skills, the country's policies and programs related to the life skills development of children and young people in the basic education level. This study will enable all parties involved in child and youth development including school teachers and parents who are very close and play an important role in the life skills development to realize and recognize the importance of life skills development, especially in the current social conditions that are volatile and change rapidly including information, technology, communication, ethnic and cultural diversity as well as other social problems such as drug problems, violence, quarrels, untimely sex, etc. These problems affect the development of children and youth and the overall development of the country. Therefore, the promotion and development of life skills for children and youth in school age need to focus and comprise important life skills components such as decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, communicating and media realization skills, interpersonal skills, self-esteem and people recognition skills, emotional and stress management skills and adaptability and flexibility skills. The samples consisted of 61 personnel of the academic management group in extra-large secondary schools and four key informants chosen by using purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data collection was conducted through online and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation (S.D.), Priority Needs Index (PNI), and content analysis methods. The results showed that 1) The need for a transformational leadership index was highest in the Coherence making (PNI<sub>modified </sub>= 0.40), followed by Understanding change (PNI<sub>modified</sub> = 0.25), Building relationship (PNI<sub>modified</sub> = 0.21), Creating and sharing knowledge (PNI<sub>modified</sub> = 0.14), and Moral purpose (PNI<sub>modified</sub> = 0.10). The sample group were 30 Mathayomsuksa 1 students in the first semester of academic year 2023 at Ratpracha Nukrao 42 School Muang Satun District Satun province. Cluster random sampling was employed to select the sample. The statistics used in this research were percentage mean standard deviation and t-test. This study was quantitative research. The sample of 210 teachers were determined by using a Cohen table and drawn by using a simple random sampling method. The research tool was an opinion questionnaire. For the quality checks of research tool, the validity was ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, with an overall validity of 0.974 and the overall reliability of the items was 0.964. The discrimination of questionnaire was ranging from 0.401 to 0.850. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that (1) The teachers' perception towards desirable characteristics of school administrators in the new normal era under the office of Bangkok primary educational service area, in terms of communication, creativity, visionary and morality were overall at the high level. This study used a mixed-method approach. The sample group used for the quantitative method consisted of 318 people in Khok Khram Municipality, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphanburi Province chosen by stratified random sampling. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test of One-Way ANOVA. The data collected from open-ended questionnaire were analyzed by a frequency table. The qualitative method employed in-depth interview to collect data with 14 key informants. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the investigation encompassed interviews with a cohort of 12 individuals. The findings illuminated a spectrum of intellectual and cultural capital within the Ban Huai Wa elderly cohort, encompassing: 1) vernacular literature and linguistics (embodied in local histories), 2) performative arts (exemplified by Mor Lam Sin Sai, resonant long drums, and spirited Kongka dances), 3) communal customs, ceremonial rituals, traditional practices, and festive celebrations (including the vivacious Heat 12 Kong 14 festival), 4) a reservoir of insights and practices concerning the natural world and the cosmos (encompassing sustenance and traditional healing), 5) the artisanal dexterity of tradition (embracing silk weaving, intricate silk waist weaving, wickerwork, and indigenous handicrafts), and 6) folk pastimes, sporting traditions, and martial prowess (evident in captivating wagon bands and spirited cockfighting contests). The theory of social learning and imitation was applied as a base in this study. The data collection was conducted through in-depth interview with 25 key informants including professional practitioners, police officials, lawyers, administrative officials and religious organization representatives affected by gambling. The data were analyzed by using content analysis. The results indicated that the problems occurred due to Gambling Act B.E. 2478, which had been used for more than 80 years and become outdated with maximum fine of no more than 5,000 Baht. There was no measure to support and manage a new form of gambling. Gambling regulations should specify new types of gambling offenses, amend the Gambling Act B.E. 2478, use other types of punishment, and amend fines in section 12, section 13 and section 14 of the Gambling Act B.E. 2478 The results of this research allowed the government to be aware of the adjustment needed for making Gambling Act B.E. 2478 to be more modern and relevant to the current context of Thai society as well as establish further measures. Questionnaires were used for collecting data from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Surin province. The sample size was determined by employing the formula for the finite population of 1,521 SMEs and the sample consisted of 400 SMEs. The multi-stage sampling started with dividing the district, followed by business segmentation, proportional grouping, and simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation, and organization innovation had positive effect on overall competitive advantage. Data were collected by 12-item questionnaires with 5-point scale to assess 5 elements of healthcare system including 1) service access 2) health service support systems 3) provider competencies 4) continuous service delivery 5) service outcome, as well as the open-ended questions, in-depth interview, and literature review. For the study of breastfeeding, the samples were: 1) primary healthcare worker (n=1), 2) village health volunteers (VHV) who were randomly chosen (n=120) 3) postpartum mothers with newborns up to 6 months (n=43) who were randomly selected approximately 30 % of the population. The samples of early childhood care were: 1) primary healthcare worker (n=1) 2) VHV (n=120) 3) child development center teacher (N=17) 4) child’s parents (N=118). The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, triangulation validation for data content and content analysis. The results of the breastfeeding study revealed that the 5 elements of health care system were rated at the high to highest level, except primary healthcare worker which was rated at the moderate to high level. The primary healthcare worker and VHV required the development of childcare knowledge and breastfeeding skills as there was a lack of training for 3 years. The results of 5 elements of healthcare system of early childhood care were rated at the high to highest level. The primary healthcare worker and VHV had continuous childcare education, but still had communication problems. Notouch Fingerprint Detecting Spray (FPD), a suitable reagent for nonporous and wet surfaces, has been widely used in Thailand to detect latent fingerprints on evidence due to Thailand's hot and humid climate and the fact that offenders are likely to conceal their offenses by throwing away the evidence underwater. However, commercial FPD is usually imported at a high price. Therefore, this research aimed to develop FPD reagents to be more cost-effective and effective for detecting latent fingerprints on evidence. In this research, FPD reagents were developed by studying the result of two surfactants: ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, and the result of the amount of carbon black to the efficiency in latent fingerprint detection on five types of nonporous surfaces, including glass, ceramics, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and the exterior surface of cars. The result showed that the developed FPD reagents were effective enough for latent fingerprint detection employing minutia counting, which must be more or equal to ten minutiae.
