This was in line with the Office of the Basic Education Commission's strategy to create quality output in accordance with the framework. Nowadays, new innovations have changed people's lives in the world, and technology has been continuously developed until a variety of inventions have emerged. The results of the analysis showed that digital technology was important for educational administration to be able to connect to the Internet network for data storage, data sharing on Cloud system, communication, appointment scheduling, job assignment and sending meeting minutes through online system. In this academic paper, the author presented guidelines to promote innovation in basic education administration, which was an important process in the development of the education system. If an organization developed innovations that utilized its resources to benefit or increase productivity to the agency, it would be able to innovate agency management. Employing a comprehensive literature review and case study analysis of both domestic and international institutions, the research revealed that effective leadership in modern higher education should integrate characteristics of transformational, digital, and ethical leadership, coupled with adaptability and strategic thinking. Concurrently, organizational culture should emphasize learning, innovation, flexibility, collaboration, and social responsibility. The study advocated for a systematic and concurrent development of both leadership and organizational culture, taking into account the unique context of each institution and the challenges posed by an Era of Change. The sample included 305 public parents of preschool children in state schools, Yala province selected by using a proportional stratified random sampling. Questionnaires and tests were employed to gather the data. Data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study revealed that preschool children’s parents in state schools, Yala province had overall knowledge of food arrangements at the good level ( X̅ = 11.80). The overall information perception towards food arrangement was found at the occasional level (X̅ = 2.28). The overall food arrangement behavior for preschool children was found at the regular level (X̅ = 2.36). Knowledge was positively related or in the same direction with food arrangement behavior at the low correlation level (r= 0.34) at the statistical significance level of .01. Samples of 379 people were selected by simple random sampling. Rating scale questionnaire and structured in-depth interview were used as the tool for data collection. Percentage, mean (M) and standard deviation (SD) were employed for data analysis. Research results showed as the follows; 1) the formal lifelong learning aspect of Yangsrisuraj District people in Mahasarakam Province was found at the highest level (X̅ = 4.55, S.D. = 0.48). When considering each aspect, the informal learning and non-formal learning were evaluated at the highest level (X̅ = 4.78, S.D. = 0.33). The informal lifelong learning aspect also showed at the highest level (X̅ = 4.55, SD = 0.48). When considering in terms of items, the item of life-long learning style by self- interest and aptitude was indicated at the highest level (X̅ = 4.88, S.D. = 0.05) which mainly aimed to develop the quality of life 2) There were 3 influential factors on life-long learning style of Yangsrisuraj District people in Mahasarakam Province namely, social factor, economic factor and administrative factor which were indicated at the highest level (X̅ = 4.69, S.D. = 0.31). The evaluation applies a mixed-methods approach, incorporating the models of Stufflebeam, Stake, and Tyler. The data providers include administrators, teachers, project manager, and students totaling 138 individuals. The evaluation tools used include questionnaires, skill assessments, attitude measurement instrument, and performance measurement tests. The data analysis and statistics used include means, standard deviations and tested the hypothesis of two related sample groups.The evaluation results found that 1) The implementation process of the community vocational training center project is highly appropriate; 2) The outcomes of the community vocational training center project are highly appropriate; and 3) The community vocational training center project has achieved its objectives to a high degree, meeting all the specified evaluation criteria in every aspect. These results suggest that the community vocational training center project should continue. The sample group consists of 590 Mathayomsuksa students from the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, selected through multi-stage sampling. The instrument used is the self-management skill measurement scale for Mathayomsuksa students. The statistics used for data analysis include mean, standard deviation, percentiles, normalized T-scores, correlation coefficients, and confirmatory factor analysis, conducted using the Mplus program. The research findings are as follows: 1. The 36-item behavioral rating scale, with 5 levels of estimation, has an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.67 to 1.00, discrimination power ranging from 0.33 to 0.79, and reliability of 0.938. The construct validity is supported by the following fit indices: Chi-square = 476.602, df = 472, p-value = 0.4321, CFI = 0.998, TLI = 0.997, RMSEA = 0.009, and SRMR = 0.064.2. Specifically targeting employees of a distribution and retail business unit within the company, a sample of 406 employees was randomly selected using the stratified sampling method. Data collection employed online questionnaires featuring closed-ended questions, subjected to testing for content validity and reliability. The content validity (IOC) yielded a result of 0.9153, and questionnaire reliability, assessed through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, resulted in score of 0.962. Data analysis was performed by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify the structure and reveal the underlying structure of variables. This research applied a qualitative research consisting of documentary research. Through the study, it was found that misdemeanors under the Criminal Code, represent minor offenses established in the past without subsequent amendments to align with current circumstances. This has led to issues in applying criminal penalties that are not proportionate and fail to achieve the intended purpose of punishment. In Thailand, despite the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560, Section 77, Paragraph 3, not explicitly providing criteria for determining offenses of a serious nature, a definition of serious offenses has been outlined in accordance with the recommendations of the Law Development Committee in the year B.E. 2562. These guidelines have been utilized in assessing offenses up to the present. However, the pre-existing offenses established before the formulation of these criteria have not been reviewed to assess whether the prescribed measures for penalties are appropriate. This article proposes the application of Germany criteria for assessing serious offenses based on those, to be adopted alongside the criteria suggested by the Thai Law Development Committee. It considering criminal penalties as a last resort. The sample group of 400 employees of the Government Saving Banks who were related with innovation development process in any level were chosen by purposive sampling. Data was gathered by an online closed-end questionnaire, which was tested by content validity and reliability method. All questions were tested in terms of the content validity (IOC) which were between 0.500-1.000 and the reliability of the questionnaire with the coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.954. This study employed a mixed-method approach through selective data collection. The data, which constituted a sample group, included sales figures from the year 2015 to 2022, totaling eight years. The research methodology followed the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) to discover insights using sales forecasting techniques consisting of 1) date/month/year, 2) invoice, 3) delivery note, 4) buyer's name, 5) yarn number, 6) weight, 7) selling price, and 8) total price per invoice. These data were then transformed into a format suitable for analysis by sales forecasting techniques. The research results revealed that: 1) The forecasted monthly sales for the year 2566 amounted to 322.31 million Baht, with an average monthly sale of 26.85 million Baht 2) The forecasted monthly sales for the year 2567 totaled 316.55 million Baht, with an average monthly sale of 26.37 million Baht And 3) The forecasted monthly sales for the year 2568 amounted to 379.75 million Baht, with an average monthly sale of 31.64 million Baht. A blood sample of 0.1 ml was dropped on the tested surfaces and then washed off by using the disinfectant wipes and sterilizing powder for 3, 5 and 10 cycles. The bloodstain screening tests using Hemastix and Phenolphthalein were performed afterward. The results were as follows; 1) the disinfectant powder demonstrated better decontamination results in bloodstain removal than disinfectant wipes for all surfaces. The number of cleaning cycles affected the bloodstain detection. 2) bloodstains were detected on synthetic leather at a higher level than in fiberglass and stainless steel, respectively. The uneven and semi-porous surfaces required more than 5 cycles of cleaning for decontamination.
