The objective of this independent study was to 1) know the level of administrative involvement, 2) compare administrative involvement. and 3) study the guidelines for participation in management. The sample group includes administrators, teachers, educational personnel, School Board The 56-member Network Parent Committee was obtained by opening a ready-made sample schedule of Craigsy and Morgan and randomly sampling the informants from a simple random process. There are two sets of tools used to collect the data: a five-level approximate questionnaire based on Likert's concept and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in the data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. One-way variance analysis at a significant level of .05 and content-based analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1. The level of participation in management as a whole is very high. When looking at each aspect in descending order, it is found that the participation in the operation Participation in receiving benefits, participation in decision-making, and participation in evaluation. 2. Comparison of administrative participation Classified according to the status of the respondents, it was found that there was no difference in the overall and individual aspects. Therefore, the interesting aspects are an overview to develop better. 3. Guidelines for Participation in Management In terms of participation in operations, it should be developed based on the principle of the participation of all relevant personnel.
