The Operation of Student Care and Support System of School Administrators under Dindaeng District Office Bangkok

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the operation of the student care and support system of school administrators under Dindaeng District Office, Bangkok; and 2) compare the operation of the student care and support system of school administrators under Dindaeng District Office, Bangkok, classified by educational attainment and teaching experience. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results were as follows: 1) the operation of the student care and support system of school administrators under Dindaeng District Office, Bangkok, was overall rated at a high level; and 2) the comparison of the operation of the student care and support system classified by educational attainment and teaching experience showed no statistically significant differences overall. Based on these findings, it is recommended that school administrators continuously and sustainably support teacher development and resource allocation across all five key aspects of the student care and support system, including: 1) individual student data collection, 2) student screening, 3) student promotion and development, 4) prevention and problem-solving, and 5) student referral.
