Publication Ecthics

1.Duties of the author of the article
1.1 The author of the article must sign as evidence confirming that the proposed article for publication has never been published in other academic sources before and will never be published in other academic sources repeatedly.
1.2 In the case of research articles, they must be research reports based on the facts from the research; no distortion of information and false information in the research reports by composing the research articles correctly.
1.3 Every article submitted for publication must not be an article resulting from the plagiarism of others; and must have accurate references in accordance with standards and academic principles in the format specified by the journal in the rules and recommendations for authors.
1.4 The articles will be approved for publication after passing the verification on the contents from no less than 2 experts.

2.The duties of the editorial team
2.1 The editorial team will initially consider and scrutinize the correctness of the articles, especially the format of the manuscript and the reference; when it is found that there are points that need to be improved, it must be submitted to the author for correction first. 
2.2 The editorial team will select at least 2 reviewers with expertise in the fields and contents of the articles to scrutinize the articles and provide suggestions independently. 
2.3 The editorial team will not disclose the names of the authors, the articles, and the reviewers to either one or both of them. (Double-blond peer review).
2.4 The editorial team will consider the preliminary opinions and suggestions of the reviewers and send those opinions and suggestions to the authors for improvement.
2.5 After receiving the edited article from the author, the editorial team will examine the plagiarism of others, and will approve the publication of the article only if there is no more than 20% duplication with other works. In case exceeding 20%, the editorial team will refuse to publish the article without any conditions.

3.The duty of the reviewer who scrutinizes the article
3.1 The reviewer who scrutinizes the article must keep the article secret without disclosing some or all of the information to others.
3.2 The reviewer who scrutinizes the article must not have conflicts of interest or have a stake with the author of the article, such as, being an advisory lecturer, or there is no reason for the scrutinizing expert to be unable to perform his/her duty independently.
3.3 If the reviewer finds that the article belongs to a person he/she knows or helps as an advisor, he/she must inform the editorial team to cancel being a panel expert.
3.4 If the reviewer finds that the article examined is repetitive, published in other academic sources, or plagiarized, he/she must notify the editorial team for appropriate actions.
