คุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการบริหารรัฐกิจสำหรับผู้นำในยุค VUCA World

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการบริหารรัฐกิจสำหรับผู้นำในยุค VUCA World ซึ่งเป็นยุคที่มีความผันผวน ความไม่แน่นอน ความซับซ้อน และความคลุมเครือสูง การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทบทวนวรรณกรรมและแนวคิดทางทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทั้งในโลกตะวัน ตกและในบริบทของประเทศไทยรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมกับการบริหารรัฐกิจในยุคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณธรรมจริยธรรมมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบราชการ โดยเฉพาะในยุค VUCA World ที่ผู้นำต้องเผชิญกับความท้าทายที่ซับซ้อนและคาดการณ์ได้ยาก คุณธรรมจริยธรรมทำหน้าที่เป็นเข็มทิศในการตัดสินใจและการดำเนินนโยบายสาธารณะ ผู้นำที่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมจะสามารถนำพาองค์กรผ่านวิกฤตต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับสังคม และรักษาคุณค่าทางจริยธรรมท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลง
