Food sanitation studies of food stalls Pho Sadet Subdistrict Market Area Muang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

This research is survey research with the objective of studying food stalls in the market. Pho Sadet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province According to food sanitation requirements for food stalls and to compare food sanitation for food stalls in each market. A study of 176 food stalls in 4 markets was analyzed. Using frequency distribution, percentage value Standard Deviation and One-way ANOVA. When comparing sanitation for food stalls in each market, it was found that food sanitation in markets A, B, C and D were not significantly different (p>0.05). From assessing food stalls, it was found that Food stalls that did not meet the food sanitation requirements for food stalls were 1 22 more stalls than those that did not meet the food sanitation requirements for food stalls, 69.32%.
