By collecting samples from the Aircraft Disinfection form of incoming aircraft at Suvarnabhumi Airport. In the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak between February 2020 - July 2022, a total of 13,329 flights were analyzed for content and used descriptive statistics according to the Communicable Diseases Act 2015.Including a study and analysis of the efficiency of aircraft cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) and International Standards and Practices (SARPs) according to Appendix 9 of the International Civil Aviation Convention. 1944 (Chicago Convention)

The results of the research found that the duties of pilots according to Section 39 of the Communicable Diseases Act It applies only in cases where the aircraft is flying from a country where there is an outbreak of contagious disease or there is reasonable cause to suspect that only in the normal air navigation situation, the pilot has no such duty. Section 39 of the Disease Act Contact is therefore still inconsistent with IHR Article 28 (4) and Standard 8.15 according to Appendix 9. of the Chicago Convention and its scope of application Patient's symptoms, period, and notification method as for the cleaning methods recommended by the Department of Disease Control, all 3 methods pass all criteria but have different effectiveness. According to the appropriate period for each method that requires urgency They are different and must be used for different types of aircraft. and risk factors for having PUI traveling with you and during the months of the outbreak, it is an external factor that requires adjusting cleaning methods for maximum efficiency according to external factors as well.

Research suggestions Legal measures established by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand that excessively impede the exercise of Thai national passengers' rights to return to their country of residence. It was found that these legal measures limit the right of return to the country of Thai nationals and are inconsistent with the IHR and SARPs. Therefore, Thailand, as a state party to the ICCPR IHR and the Chicago Convention therefore has a duty to establish domestic law and to issue legal measures consistent with international law. It has the least impact on the exercise of individual rights and freedoms, and recommendations from international organizations should be put into effect. and the issue of efficiency in cleaning and disinfecting aircraft even though spraying can be done in a short period of time. And it's easy to do when a PUI is traveling. But it is not as effective as the sensitive area cleaning method, which takes a little longer but is more effective, or in other words, flight cleaning efficiency. It is not caused by the cleaning method. But it comes from choosing a cleaning method that matches the risk conditions.
คุณภาพ คงเจือ Copyright (c) 2023 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/cnujournal/article/view/299 Mon, 10 Jul 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Miss Oiyjai Phuemprakhon https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/cnujournal/article/view/281
THE DEVELOPMENT OF READING AND WRITING ABILITIES IN THAI ON THE TOPIC OF HAVING FUN READING AND WRITING GRADE 4 STUDENTS USING THE COLLABORATIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE CIRC
Oiyjai Puemprakhon Copyright (c) 2024 Chalermkarnchana Academic Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/cnujournal/article/view/281 Fri, 23 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Ergonomics Risk Assessment and Systemic Symptoms Skeletal Muscle of Rice Mill Workers at Rasi Commercial Sisaket Company Limited Rasi Salai District, Sisaket Province https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/cnujournal/article/view/300
This research is a study of the risk assessment of ergonomics and skeletal and muscular dysfunction of 35 people of Rasi Panich Rice Mill Sisaket Co., Ltd., Rasalai District, Sisaket Province. According to the Criminal Procedure Code, Section 226 only.

The results from this study found that the hearing of witnesses in court The criteria for listening to evidence in court is that the judge or court must use discretion in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code as the main basis for listening to witnesses in criminal cases and in criminal cases, it is about actions that are defined as offenses by law. There are therefore two issues in the case: legal principles whether the defendant is guilty, or innocent is a fixed issue, there is no other way, and the principle of fact is that.

(1) Principles of law, in considering the criteria for hearing evidence in criminal cases in court the legal matter (consideration level) may be divided into 2 parts: The first part is the general principle in hearing evidence, namely, it must be evidence that is likely to prove the defendant's guilt or innocence. It is divided into 2 parts: evidence which Guilty or innocent, the defendant directly and the second part is an exception to the first part, prohibited from being heard because it was obtained illegally or not voluntarily.

(2) Principles of fact Criteria for listening to witnesses in court (Hearing) the hearing of the case is the principle is that fact. The main problems regarding the use of the court's discretion according to the nature of the case are freedom and equality. The principle of proximity to naturally occurring events and facts. Principles of logic or principles of cause-and-effect Natural principles or phenomena that occur naturally must be combined with the witness himself, namely:

1) Have the ability to be a witness Able to understand and answer questions.

2) Having the characteristics of being close to the facts of the witness one who has seen, heard, or known messages regarding matters to be testified come directly in person.

3) Have the ability to convey facts from exposure to events that have occurred and be able to remember and convey those events.
