Abstract

The study of factors related to satisfaction in online learning on the Microsoft Teams application has the following objectives: 1) to study factors related to satisfaction in online learning on the Microsoft Teams application and 2) to study problems in online learning on the Microsoft Teams application of Chalermkarnchana University. The population used in this research is students of Chalermkarnchana University. The sample group will be selected by purposive selection, totaling 100 people. The research instrument is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the analysis of factors affecting satisfaction in online learning on the Microsoft Teams application found that the overall mean was 3.77. When considering each aspect, ranked from highest to lowest mean, as follows: learning, mean was 4.21; preparation for learning, mean was 3.81; use of learning aids, mean was 3.76; and knowledge creation and process, mean was 3.32
