Factors Affecting the Success of Rice Exports in Vietnam
Keywords:
Success, rice exports, VietnamAbstract
This academic article aims to examine the factors contributing to the success of Vietnam's rice exports. Based on an analysis of academic literature, research studies, and agricultural economic reports, the findings indicate that this success stems from several key factors: government support, advancements in agricultural technology, the fertility of the Mekong Delta, competitive production costs, logistics system development, and the expansion of international trade markets. Furthermore, Vietnam has successfully adapted to global market shifts through modern agricultural development policies and free trade agreements, establishing itself as a major global rice exporter. Nevertheless, challenges regarding climate change, product quality, and global market competition remain and require continuous attention and improvement.
