Abstract
The purposes of this independent study are to study the current state of multicultural leadership among educational institution administrators, to study important factors in the development of multicultural leadership among school administrators, and to explore development guidelines for multicultural leadership of educational institution administrators. The interviewing, the group discussions and the questionnaire was employed to collect information. Statistics used are the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation, also content analysis. The summary of important content results is presented in tables and essays. as follow: 1. The overall results of the study of the current state of multicultural leadership among educational institution administrators are at a high level. 2. The important factors for the development of multicultural leadership among school administrators consist the internal and external factors, which are the following: The area of accepting the diversity of culture contains the internal factors, which are: skills, knowledge, abilities, organizational strategy and operating system as well as the external factors, which are: society and technology. The area of Having the ability to communicate contains the internal factors, which are: people in the organization, skills, knowledge, and abilities. And contains with society as an external factor. The area of developing relationships among people in the organization contains with the internal factor which is the organization's strategy. In the area of shared values has society as the external factor. The area of current resource support, there are internal factors, which are: skills, knowledge, and abilities. And the external factor in this area is society. In terms of having morality in executives, there are internal factors as following; skills, knowledge, abilities. In the area of shared values, an external factor is society.3) The study of Guidelines for developing multicultural leadership among school administrators found 5 development guidelines: 1) In term of accepting the diversity of culture, executives should study and learn about diverse cultures. 2) In term of having the ability to communicate. 3) Developing relationships among people in the organization. 4) In term of Current resource support. 5) In terms of having morality in executives.
