Building Community Collaborative Networks to Enhance the Effectiveness of Participative Management in Educational Institutions

Abstract
This article aims to study the approaches for creating collaborative networks between communities to enhance the effectiveness of participative management in educational institutions. Through an analysis of relevant concepts, theories, and research, it is found that building effective collaborative networks requires genuine participation from all sectors, efficient communication, and capacity development of stakeholders. Key success factors include participative leadership, trust, and adaptability. The study indicates that collaborative networks positively impact educational quality in various dimensions, including resource mobilization, local curriculum development, creation of supportive learning environments, and development of students' life and career skills. The article also presents recommendations for applying these concepts in the context of Thai educational institutions to promote sustainable educational quality improvement.
