INTEGRATION OF APARIHANIYADHAMMA 7 PRINCIPLES WITH MODERN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This academic article aims to study the integration of Buddhist Aparihaniyadhamma 7 principles with modern organizational leadership development in the digital era by analyzing the alignment between Buddhist principles and contemporary leadership theories. The study reveals that Aparihaniyadhamma principles are connected to leadership development in seven key dimensions: (1) transformational leadership focusing on inspiration and intellectual stimulation, (2) innovative organizational culture through participation and learning, (3) ethical leadership promoting transparency and responsibility, (4) inclusive leadership emphasizing diversity and equality, (5) digital leadership utilizing technology in management, (6) agile leadership ready for change adaptation, and (7) sustainable organization development considering social and environmental impacts. The integration of Aparihaniyadhamma principles with modern leadership development not only enhances organizational management efficiency but also promotes balanced and sustainable development by combining ethical values with contemporary management concepts.
