ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ ๒๑ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเลย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเลย 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ การวิจัยใช้วิธีแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเลย จำนวน 306 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่ามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์สูงกว่า และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์และการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ การเสริมสร้างทักษะการนำกลยุทธ์สู่การปฏิบัติ การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม การเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะด้านการประเมินและควบคุมเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและการปรับตัวในยุคดิจิทัล
