Abstract

The project aims to develop an information system for Lucky Silk Shop, a community enterprise in Hi Leng Village. Due to the lack of effective marketing and management systems, the shop could only sell to specific customer groups and supply to a single Arts and Crafts Center. Therefore, computer technology and internet were implemented to improve the system's efficiency. The development utilized the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes planning, analysis, design, development, and testing phases. MySQL was used as the database management system, and PHP was used as the main programming language. The developed system is in the form of a website where customers can view product details, search, and register as members. The system can manage member information, products, sales, and generate various reports such as sales and product summaries, which can be used for marketing analysis and planning. Expert evaluation results were at a high level (average 3.55), while user satisfaction was at a moderate level (average 3.46).
