Abstract

In the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), emphasis is placed on developing analytical thinking skills, understanding the impacts of AI, and the ability to make ethical decisions. This article discusses the importance of integrating AI ethics into educational curricula, teaching approaches, and the challenges that may arise. It also provides recommendations for evaluating outcomes and developing essential skills for the future. Educators must adapt to the era of AI by enhancing their skills to meet the goals of student development. In this modern age, learning has become more accessible and aligns more closely with educational needs compared to past eras. Teachers in the age of AI are no longer just knowledge transmitters; they must adjust their competencies to meet the needs of students and respond to global changes. Education in the AI era focuses on leveraging technology to improve teaching and learning efficiency, such as personalized learning, data analysis of students, and the creation of modern learning materials. AI also plays a role in assessment and evaluation to enhance teaching strategies and achieve better learning outcomes for students. However, as the world changes — economically, socially, and educationally — both positive and negative impacts arise, necessitating adaptation to prepare for these transformations. Teachers must implement innovative teaching methods to ensure that students achieve effective learning outcomes. Furthermore, educators must continually develop their competencies to adapt to the shifts of each era, resulting in teaching and learning approaches that differ significantly from traditional methods.
