Scholars and practitioners in fields such as marketing, management, psychology, and education have embraced this approach due to its flexibility, its capacity to handle relatively small sample sizes and non-normal data distributions, and its applicability to exploratory as well as more confirmatory research designs. In A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation, Modeling (PLS-SEM) (Second Edition), Joseph F. Hair Jr., G. Tomas M. Hult, Christian M.Ringle, and Marko Sarstedt present an updated and expanded guide to PLS-SEM, blending methodological depth with practical, step-by-step instruction.
Amarjeet S. In the present day, our world is no longer a stranger to diversity and multiculturalism. The migration of populations from various ethnicities, nationalities, lifestyles, and differing perspectives has resulted in people from all over the world coming together in a shared space. The concept that emphasizes the beauty of differences and the value of diversity has thus become widely discussed. One of the key skills for people in the 21st century is the ability to understand cultural differences and diverse frameworks of thought. Moreover, the era of globalization has opened up opportunities for people to access boundless learning, as well as to easily and quickly reach information and knowledge sources. Today’s world is an information system that unites populations from all corners of the globe into a single society. Information and knowledge from various countries are thus easily accessible in a short amount of time.Ethnic diversity creates opportunities for the exchange of perspectives and innovations across multiple sectors, such as the economy, education, and society. At the same time, religious diversity allows individuals to learn from and respect one another’s beliefs, which is an essential foundation for fostering social reconciliation. Cultural diversity is also a vital force in the creation of new arts, languages, and lifestyles, enhancing quality of life and adding richness to global society.

The integration of multicultural diversity has made the role of the new generation central to creating a sustainable and peaceful society. The new generation is not only a leader in supporting diversity but also a catalyst for change that transforms the world into a space where everyone can coexist in peace and harmony.

A multicultural society, regardless of the generation, involves citizens, including children and youth, who are open-minded, understanding, non-discriminatory, and accepting of differences. This includes recognizing the diversity in terms of ethnicity, language, religion, and belief systems. Embracing these differences helps reduce racial and religious prejudices, fostering mutual understanding within society. It encourages people to view cultural, ethnic, and belief differences not as a means of division but as an opportunity for harmonious coexistence.
PhraUthit Suksang, Ph.D. Copyright (c) 2025 Wisdom Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences 2025-01-30 2025-01-30 1 7 (๋January) 46 55 Future of circular economy in Thailand: Evidence from corporate efforts https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/WJHS/article/view/1347
This position paper advocates for the transition to a circular economy as a critical pathway for sustainable development, focusing on Thailand’s potential to emerge as a leader in Southeast Asia. The paper highlights the proactive role of leading Thai corporations, such as Siam Cement Group (SCG), in implementing circular economy principles to address environmental challenges and foster economic growth. Through an analysis of corporate strategies, this study underscores the adoption of sustainable manufacturing processes, resource optimization, and closed-loop systems. Key examples illustrate how innovative practices contribute to reducing waste and promoting product life cycle management. While Thailand has made significant progress, the paper identifies persistent challenges, including regulatory inconsistencies, limited consumer awareness, and infrastructural gaps. It argues that overcoming these barriers will require stronger collaboration between public and private stakeholders, alongside greater investments in research and development. This position paper advocates for Thailand to leverage its unique strengths to establish itself as a regional benchmark for sustainability. By aligning corporate efforts with supportive policies, Thailand can achieve not only environmental sustainability but also long-term economic resilience in a resource-constrained world.
MD Abdus Salam Copyright (c) 2025 Wisdom Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences 2025-01-30 2025-01-30 1 7 (๋January) 56 61 Developing Self-Understanding Towards Career Choice For Mathayom 5 Students By Teaching Miap At Sattahip Witthayakhom School, Chonburi. https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/WJHS/article/view/1309
This research aimed to develop the use of MIAP learning management to develop self-understanding towards career choice of Mathayom 5 students by teaching MIAP to compare self-understanding towards career choice of Mathayom 5 students before and after learning.
