จากความเงียบสู่เสียงเพลง: การเยียวยาผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย ผ่านดนตรีบำบัดและการสนับสนุนจากนักสังคมสงเคราะห์
บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการเชิงวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) อธิบายกลไกและทฤษฎีของดนตรีบำบัด (2) ขยายบทบาทนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ด้านการสนับสนุนทางจิตสังคม (3) เสนอแนวทางเชิงปฏิบัติในการบูรณาการดนตรีบำบัดกับงานสังคมสงเคราะห์เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย และ (4) วิเคราะห์การประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทไทยร่วมกับกรณีตัวอย่าง ผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายมักเผชิญความเงียบงันด้านการสื่อสารและการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์จากความเจ็บปวด ความวิตกกังวล และการเตรียมใจต่อการจากไป ผลการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์พบว่า ดนตรีบำบัดช่วยบรรเทาความเจ็บปวด ลดความวิตกกังวล และเปิดพื้นที่การสื่อสารทางอารมณ์และจิตวิญญาณ นักสังคมสงเคราะห์มีบทบาทสำคัญในการประเมินความต้องการ ให้การปรึกษา และเชื่อมโยงครอบครัวกับทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ส่งผลให้การใช้ดนตรีบำบัดสอดคล้องกับบริบทชีวิตและคุณค่าของผู้ป่วย การบูรณาการดังกล่าวช่วยเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ความสงบ การยอมรับ และความสัมพันธ์ในช่วงท้ายของชีวิต โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทไทยควรคำนึงถึงวัฒนธรรม ความเชื่อ และรสนิยมดนตรีของผู้ป่วย กรณีตัวอย่างสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างดนตรีบำบัดและการสนับสนุนทางจิตสังคมสามารถเปลี่ยนความเงียบงันให้เป็นพื้นที่แห่งความหมาย ความรัก และการจากไปอย่างสมศักดิ์ศรี
