GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING TEACHING AND LEARNING IN ONLINE LESSONS USING LEARNING TECHNIQUES MODEL TO PROMOTE PROBLEM-SOLVING THINKING AMONG TEACHERS IN NANG RONG DISTRICT BURIRAM PROVINCE

Abstract

       This research aims (1) to study the development of online teaching with problem-solving learning techniques for teachers in Nang Rong District, Buriram Province, (2) to study the factors affecting the development of online teaching with problem-solving learning techniques for teachers in Nang Rong District, Buriram Province, and (3) to study the guidelines for the development of online teaching with problem-solving learning techniques for teachers in Nang Rong District, Buriram Province. The research was a mixed-method research. The sample consisted of 313 people and 20 interviewees. The interview method was used. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis using hierarchical variable selection, and content analysis.

            The research results found that: 1) the development of online teaching with problem-solving learning techniques of teachers in Nang Rong District, Buriram Province was at a moderate level overall. The order from most to least was as follows: policy determination, policy evaluation in practice, and policy implementation, respectively. 2) Factors affecting the development of online teaching with problem-solving learning techniques of teachers in Nang Rong District, Buriram Province At the .05 level, there were activity adaptation (X4), individual emotional adaptation (X3), and academic adaptation (X1). The coefficients of the predictors in the raw scores (b) were .425, .278, and .044, respectively. 3) The guidelines for the development of online learning found that 1) the curriculum should be responsive to the future society and the needs of the learners. 2) The new generation has ideas and beliefs influenced by social media.       3) Support learning, such as activity courts and health courts, etc. 4) Teachers and parents must adjust their roles to be learning supporters rather than teachers. 5) Teaching and learning will be in the form of a combination of various methods (Blended Learning) according to the needs of the learners and society. 6) Able to be flexible and change (Resilience and Flexibility) 7) Use the educational institution's policy as a framework to support education management that provides clear guidelines. 8) Measurement to emphasize development (Formative Evaluation) that uses technology systems. 9) Evaluate, analyze shortcomings, and study more from documents or media on various issues thoroughly.
