EFFECTIVENESS OF WORK PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF IDDHIPADADHAMMA OF PERSONNEL NONG KHAI PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

              The objectives of this research are (1) to study the effectiveness of work according to the principles of Iddhipadhamma, (2) to study factors affecting the effectiveness of work according to the principles of Iddhipadhamma, and (3) to study guidelines for developing the effectiveness of practice. Work according to the principles of religious influence of Nong Khai Provincial Administrative Organization personnel. It is both quantitative and qualitative research. The sample group consisted of 359 executives and personnel of the Nong Khai Provincial Administrative Organization and the target group includes executives, department heads, and community leaders in the Nong Khai Provincial Administrative Organization area, totaling 10 people. It is a quantitative research and qualitative research Statistics using frequency distribution statistics and percentage of respondents Analyzed by presenting in tables using mean statistics and standard deviation multiple regression analysis using sequential variable selection method. Accompanying the discussion of results Data analysis and descriptive analysis the results of the research found that: (1) Effectiveness of work according to the principles of Iddhipadhamma of personnel of the Nong Khai Provincial Administrative Organization. Overall, it is at a moderate level.
