FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF PERSONNEL ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF BRAHMA VIHARA DHAMMA KUT CHAP DISTRICT PUBLIC HEALTH UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of work performance according to the principles of Brahmavihāra Dhamma, (2) to study factors affecting work performance according to the principles of Brahmavihāra Dhamma, and (3) to study guidelines for developing work performance according to the principles of Brahmavihāra Dhamma of public health personnel in Kut Chap District Udon Thani Province It is both quantitative and qualitative research. The sample group included administrators, personnel, and people aged 18 years and over in the Kut Chap District Public Health Area. Udon Thani Province, 359 people and the target group includes administrators, personnel, and community leaders in the Kut Chap District Public Health Area Udon Thani Province, 10 people, consisting of quantitative research and qualitative research Statistics using frequency distribution statistics and percentage of respondents Analyzed by presenting in tables using mean statistics and standard deviation Multiple regression analysis using sequential variable selection method. Accompanying the discussion of results Data analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the research found that: (1) the level of work performance according to the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma of personnel Overall, it is at a moderate level. They can be arranged in descending order as follows Planning aspect Evaluation aspect Follow up and implementation, respectively (2) Factors affecting the performance according to the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma of public health personnel in Kut Chap District.
