Innovative leadership of school administrators under the loei primary education service area office 2

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the level of innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Loei Province, (2) compare the innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Loei Province classified by job position, work experience, and school size, and (3) study the guidelines for developing innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Loei Province. The sample group used in this research consisted of 302 administrators and teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Loei Province, in the academic year 2024. The research instruments included interviews and questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis testing with t-test (Independent Samples), one-way analysis of variance (F-test, One-way ANOVA), and Scheffe’s pairwise difference test, and descriptive analysis.

The research results found that:

1.The level of innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Loei Province, in general and in each aspect, was at a high level. The aspect with the highest level of innovative leadership of administrators was the aspect of having an innovative vision, having innovative creativity, and working as an innovative team. The lowest aspect was the atmosphere of an innovative organization.

2.The results of the comparative analysis of the innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Loei Province, according to the opinions of administrators and teachers, classified by their job positions and the size of the educational institution, found that there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the 0.05 level of work experience.

3.Guidelines for developing innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Loei Province, administrators should use the concept of visionary leadership to help develop the organization to keep up with changes, promote teamwork and participation to increase efficiency, creativity, and the use of technology to create innovation in management and teaching, as well as create an atmosphere conducive to learning. This will enable educational institutions to develop steadily and sustainably.
