Abstract

The management of Thai language learning in the 21st century is crucial for developing learners' communication skills, critical thinking, and creative use of technology to adapt to the rapidly changing digital society. This article examines strategies and approaches for Thai language instruction that align with essential 21st-century skills. Key aspects considered include the integration of technology in teaching, the promotion of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the enhancement of effective reading and writing abilities, and the implementation of learner-centered approaches. The findings indicate that utilizing digital technology, such as online learning resources, educational applications, and artificial intelligence, enhances student engagement and learning efficiency. Furthermore, designing instructional content that connects with real-life situ
ations and social contexts enables learners to apply their knowledge effectively. Collaborative and participatory learning methods are also crucial in fostering communication skills and teamwork. This study concludes that Thai language learning management in the 21st century should focus on the application of technology, the development of essential skills, and the creation of a learning environment that supports holistic learner development.
