กัลยาณมิตร 7 ของผู้บริหารสร้างสังคมแห่งการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอการประยุกต์ใช้หลักกัลยาณมิตร 7 ในพระพุทธศาสนากับการบริหารการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ การศึกษาพบว่าคุณสมบัติทั้ง 7 ประการของกัลยาณมิตร ได้แก่ ปิโย (น่ารัก), ครุ (น่าเคารพ), ภาวนีโย (น่ายกย่อง), วตฺตา (รู้จักพูดให้ได้ผล), วจนกฺขโม (อดทนต่อถ้อยคำ), คมฺภีรญฺจ กถํ กตฺตา (แถลงเรื่องลึกซึ้งได้), และ โน จฏฺฐาเน นิโยชเย (ไม่ชักนำในทางเสื่อมเสีย) สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการบริหารการศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้วิเคราะห์การบูรณาการหลักกัลยาณมิตรกับทฤษฎีการบริหารการศึกษาสมัยใหม่ และนำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในสถานการณ์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าผู้บริหารที่มีคุณสมบัติตามหลักกัลยาณมิตร 7 จะสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับบุคลากร กระตุ้นการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน การบูรณาการหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนากับการบริหารการศึกษาสมัยใหม่จึงเป็นแนวทางที่มีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาการศึกษาไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21
