Abstract
This article aims to analyze and propose strategies for human resource management in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Era, a period where AI plays a pivotal role in both public and private sector organizations. Innovations in human resource management during this era involve the application of AI in various processes such as recruitment and selection, training and skill development, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits management. Integrating AI into these processes enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and supports strategic decision-making within organizations The article also emphasizes the importance of balancing technology and human factors. Organizations must focus on developing employees' digital skills to adapt to rapid changes. AI not only reduces repetitive tasks but also fosters motivation and strengthens organizational engagement through tailored work experiences for individuals.
