In an era of rapidly changing business and management environments, the ability of leaders and executives to adapt and learn throughout their lives is increasingly important. Growth mindset and balanced mindset skills are key factors that enable individuals to develop and lead organizations to sustainable success. This study focuses on studying the role of growth mindset and balanced mindset skills in management and leadership processes, as well as developing practical strategies to promote such concepts in organizations. The study is based on Carol Dweck's conceptual framework of growth mindset theory, combined with qualitative analysis of case studies and empirical research. The proposed strategies are developed based on studies in psychology, organizations, and leadership, as well as proven effective practices. The results indicate that leaders with a growth mindset can cope better with change, support a learning culture, and promote creativity in organizations. In addition, important strategies for developing this mindset include self-reflection, promoting a feedback culture, and creating an environment that supports experimentation and learning. In conclusion, cultivating a growth mindset and balanced mindset skills in organizations is an effective strategy for creating leadership and management success. The study shows that such approaches enhance leaders' decision-making ability, flexibility, and adaptability, leading to sustainable organizational success.
