https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ajld/article/view/1256

In an era of rapidly changing business and management environments, the ability of leaders and executives to adapt and learn throughout their lives is increasingly important. Growth mindset and balanced mindset skills are key factors that enable individuals to develop and lead organizations to sustainable success. This study focuses on studying the role of growth mindset and balanced mindset skills in management and leadership processes, as well as developing practical strategies to promote such concepts in organizations. The study is based on Carol Dweck's conceptual framework of growth mindset theory, combined with qualitative analysis of case studies and empirical research. The proposed strategies are developed based on studies in psychology, organizations, and leadership, as well as proven effective practices. The results indicate that leaders with a growth mindset can cope better with change, support a learning culture, and promote creativity in organizations. In addition, important strategies for developing this mindset include self-reflection, promoting a feedback culture, and creating an environment that supports experimentation and learning. In conclusion, cultivating a growth mindset and balanced mindset skills in organizations is an effective strategy for creating leadership and management success. The study shows that such approaches enhance leaders' decision-making ability, flexibility, and adaptability, leading to sustainable organizational success.
Watcharaporn JantanukulSomboon KaewlamaiSanya KenaphoomVutipol ChutjaraskulThanyachanok Pawala

https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ajld/article/view/1252

This paper aims to analyze the concept of building an intelligent and democratic society using the framework of citizen design. Through the active participation of individuals in the formation of societal institutions and governance, citizen design highlights the role of citizens as co-creators of democracy. With a focus on concepts like critical thinking, knowledge sharing, and participatory government, the article examines the theoretical foundations of intellectual societies. It discusses how communities and individuals are empowered by citizen design to advance social cohesiveness, accountability, and transparency. The use of digital platforms as tools for enhancing citizen engagement is also explored, along with the challenges posed by digital divides and privacy issues. The article also addresses resource constraints and institutional resistance as barriers to implementing citizen design. It ends by detailing upcoming initiatives to promote participatory approaches, including global collaboration, legislative modifications, and training. This study emphasizes the transformative power of citizen design in fostering inclusive, equitable, and intellectually democratic communities.
Somboon KaewlamaiWatcharaporn JantanukulSanya Kenaphoom

https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ajld/article/view/1249

Extreme forms of both socialism and democracy provide significant challenges, ranging from unbridled democracies that undermine individual rights to authoritarian socialism that stifles creativity. These issues are lessened by a moderate strategy, such as democratic socialism in nations like Norway and Sweden, which combines political freedom and market efficiency with social welfare and economic equality. By analyzing these core components, we may learn a great deal about how to create a more equitable society that respects democracy and promotes the well-being of all. Democratic socialism offers a well-balanced framework that integrates political democracy, social ownership, economic planning, and comprehensive welfare programs to advance a just and equitable society. Democratic socialism addresses the shortcomings of both radical democracy and socialism by ensuring political freedoms, economic justice, and essential social services in an effort to balance individual rights with the welfare of the community. This comprehensive approach aims to create a secure, hospitable community that values social justice and individual liberties.
Sanya KenaphoomSomboon KaewlamaiWatcharaporn Jantanukul

https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ajld/article/view/1346

This study investigates the impact of digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems on clinic service performance, using Fukang Clinic as a case study. The objective is to determine which CRM system features most significantly influence service outcomes and to evaluate their relative importance.

With the increasing reliance on digital tools in healthcare, CRM systems play a crucial role in optimizing workflow, improving patient experience, and strengthening competitive advantages. However, many clinics face challenges in CRM adoption, including integration with existing systems, privacy concerns, and staff adaptation.

The research method used a quantitative descriptive survey, taking 155 clinic staff as a sample, covering different professions such as doctors and nurses, and collecting data through a structured questionnaire. Analyze data using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression techniques to determine the relationship between CRM functionality and service outcomes. Key findings demonstrate a positive relationship between a user-friendly CRM interface, strong integration capabilities, and enhanced service quality, resulting in improved workflow efficiency and patient retention.

The study provides practical insights for clinics adopting CRM systems, highlighting strategies for implementation, system customization, and training. It concludes by recommending further research on AI integration, patient perspectives, and comparative studies across different healthcare settings.
Wu BingyangUswin ChaiwiwatTachakorn Wongkumchai
