Basic machine tool work course, code 3100-0009, in the 1st semester of academic year 2023, 1 room, 37 people. who had never studied this subject before by selecting a specific sample group is a sample that the researcher teaches

          The tools used in the research consisted of (1) teaching kits (2) a questionnaire on the opinions of expert teachers regarding the quality of the teaching kits (3) an achievement test and (4) Satisfaction questionnaire of students who study using the teaching kit. Statistics used in the research include basic statistics and the t-test.

          The research study method was carried out using the developed teaching package. And passed the quality assessment by experts and then tested with a sample group. During the learning, the researcher had the students do exercises. and end-of-unit tests Until all units are complete, have students take a test to measure academic achievement. Scores obtained from exercises and this achievement test The researcher has taken it to find out the efficiency. Test for learning effectiveness and compare academic achievement. And in the last week, the researcher asked the students to rate their satisfaction with the teaching set. which has the following research results

1. The teaching set is effective. Basic machine tool work subject is equal to (E-) equal to 83.49/81.31, which is higher than the set criteria of 80/80.
2. Learning effectiveness using teaching kits Introduction to machine tool work Resulting in a learning effectiveness of 0.71, meaning that students' knowledge increased by 71 percent.
3. Results of testing the difference in scores before studying and after studying. By testing the values ​​(t-test Dependent), it was found that the academic achievement of students after studying was higher than before studying. It is highly significant at the 0.05 level.
