Peer Review Process

  1. Editor-in-Chief's Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief will assess whether the article's subject matter and theme align with the Journal's stated objectives and format. Plagiarism and benefits relating to theory and business contributions will also be investigated. The investigation will focus on plagiarism and its implications for theoretical and business contributions. If the aforementioned criteria are not fulfilled, the submitted manuscript may be returned to the author for initial revisions or rejected.

  1. Reviewer's Evaluation

All submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by at least three expert reviewers in the related fields. The selected reviewers must also originate from a distinct institution compared to the authors and each other. The submitted manuscript will undergo evaluation by reviewers using the double-blinded review system. The reviewer has then submitted a recommendation to accept or reject it or a request for revision before it is reconsidered.

  1. Revision

The authors are required to revise and enhance the article based on the feedback provided by the reviewers. The amended article will be evaluated by the editorial team, unless the reviewers request to do so themselves. The language check and editing service will only be offered if it is deemed absolutely essential.

  1. Journal Evaluates the Reviews

The Editor-in-Chief determines the publication of articles depending on the input provided by reviewers. If the reviews differ widely, the Editor-in-Chief may invite another reviewer to get a different opinion before deciding. The decision entails either accepting or rejecting the article for publication, which may resending to the author for additional elaboration and revision. The editorial team is tasked with making the final evaluation determination.

There are four possible outcomes that the authors can be notified of as follows:

        4.1 Acceptance

        4.2 Revisions Required

        4.3 Resubmit for Review

        4.4 Reject
