A Study of the Integrative Buddhist Learning Management Model of Moral Teaching Monks in Schools in Khon Kaen

Abstract

This research aimed to study the conditions, models, and to present a model of integrative Buddhist learning management of moral teaching monks in schools in Khon Kaen province. The study involved 255 moral teaching monks selected using proportion estimation methods. The research employed a mixed-method approach, focusing on quantitative research through questionnaires, supplemented by qualitative data from structured interviews. The results showed that the conditions and practices of integrative Buddhist learning management were rated at a very good level. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of Buddhist education through improved learning management plans, activities, resources, and evaluation methods.
