Publication Ethics

Roles and Responsibilities of the Editors
     1. The editors are responsible for the preliminary review of the article, including its format, scope, and quality, before it enters the peer review process.
     2. The editors are responsible for selecting peer reviewers who possess the knowledge, ability, or expertise relevant to the article's field of study. 
     3. The editors must not disclose the identities of the authors and reviewers to any uninvolved parties throughout the entire review process.
     4. The editors must not have any conflicts of interest with the authors and reviewers.
     5. The editors must verify the author's revisions according to the reviewers' evaluations and select the approved articles for publication. 
     6. The editors must not publish articles that have already been published elsewhere.
     7. The editors must not reject an article based solely on suspicion or uncertainty without first obtaining concrete proof to verify those doubts. 
     8. The editors must check articles for plagiarism using reliable software. If there is clear evidence or confirmation of plagiarism, the editor must halt the review process and contact the corresponding author for an explanation. Without a scientifically valid explanation, the editor must reject the article.

Roles and Responsibilities of Authors
     1. Authors must certify that the submitted article is original, has never been previously published, and is not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal, domestically or internationally. 
     2. Authors must accurately report the facts derived from their research and must not provide false information or distort the data. 
     3. If any content within the article, including text, images, and tables, belongs to others, authors must provide proper citations and include them in the reference list. In the event of copyright infringement, the author assumes sole responsibility. 
     4. Authors must revise or improve their manuscript according to the recommendations of the reviewers and the editorial board within the specified timeframe. Any difficulties or delays must be communicated to the editorial board.
     5. If authors wish to withdraw their article, they must submit a formal written request to the editor stating a valid reason. 
     6. The article must be complete, academically accurate, strictly follow the journal's prescribed formatting template, and utilize the APA referencing style.
     7. Articles published in the San Sue Sin Journal are the copyright of the Art and Culture Center, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University.

Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers
     1. Reviewers should only evaluate articles within the field of study in which they have sufficient knowledge, ability, or expertise.
     2. Reviewers should evaluate articles based on their significance, novelty, creation of useful and interesting academic knowledge, clarity, and consistency of content. Personal opinions unsupported by academic evidence must not be used as criteria for judging the article. 
     3. Reviewers must strictly maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information about the submitted article to uninvolved parties throughout the review process.
     4. Reviewers must not have any conflicts of interest with the authors, such as being a co-author, collaborating on a project, or any other situation that would compromise independent evaluation. Reviewers must inform the editor and decline the invitation to review such articles. 
     5. Reviewers may suggest other significant or relevant research works that align with the article if the author has failed to cite them. 
     6. If a reviewer finds that an article is identical to or duplicates another person's work with clear evidence, the reviewer can recommend rejection and must notify the editor.
