Job Morale of Employee Operation Production in Keihin Auto Parts (Thailand) Company Limited

Abstract

This research article aims to study the job morale level in performance, compare according to personal factors, and factors related to job morale of employee operation production in Keihin Auto Parts (Thailand) Company Limited. The samples composed of 231 employees in Keihin Auto Parts (Thailand) Company Limited. Using questionnaires to collect data. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The level of significance for statistical testing was .05. Findings are as follows: The level of job morale of employee in Keihin Auto Parts (Thailand) Company Limited was moderate. According to the hypothesis testing found that the level of education, position level, income, and job performance caused difference in the attitudes the level of significance for statistical testing was .05. However, gender and age did not cause any difference in the morale.
