Pesticide Laws in Thailand

Abstract
This academic article aims to use the International Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management, which has been adopted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Hazardous Substance Act, B.E. 2535 as a framework for analyze. To propose the enactment of direct pesticide legislation covering the use of all pesticides within Thailand. And the life cycle characteristics of pesticides that should be regulated in the Pesticide Act itself rather than as part of general legislation. or the Hazardous Substances Act, B.E. 2535, which is a central law that controls all types of hazardous substances or chemicals and is under the supervision of many agencies.
