Improving the efficiency of inventory management of the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ta Phraya District, Sa Kaeo Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research article are to 1) study the current condition of the inventory of the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 2) study the problems of inventory management of the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 3) study the methods and approaches to solve the problem of parcel management. Inventory of Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization The research method is qualitative research. The qualitative collection method is divided into 3 steps:
1) Study the current condition of the inventory of Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Divided into in-depth interviews By interviewing one head of the Permanent Secretary's Office. 2) Studying the process and procedures for storing inventory in the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. By in-depth interview with the head of the Permanent Secretary's Office and study the process, steps, and methods of managing inventory in the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. By group discussion interview with 1 director of the Treasury Department, 1 procurement officer, and 5 employees in the Treasury Department of Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization and 8 general employees of Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The tool used in collecting data is In-depth interview and group interviews. The research results found that 1) the current condition of the inventory of Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization Parcels are stored in a physical storage area. But the parcels were not kept by classifying them according to category. 2) Studying the problems of managing the inventory of the Thap Sadet Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 3) Methods and finding solutions by managing the inventory into categories. for convenience Quick to search for parcels Reduce the time spent searching for parcels and make it easier to create a control register.
