Examining the Impact of Educational Administrative Crises on Student Performance in Thailand: A Policy Review

This paper explores the impact of educational administrative crises on student performance in Thailand, focusing on the challenges posed by unstable leadership, ineffective resource management, and inconsistent policy implementation. By reviewing the National Education Reform Act of 1999 and subsequent policy changes, the study analyzes the correlation between administrative inefficiencies and declining academic performance. The research also investigates how crises, such as those induced by economic downturns and the COVID-19 pandemic, exacerbate existing disparities in education quality. Through policy analysis and case studies, this review highlights the urgent need for comprehensive reforms in educational administration to enhance student outcomes and ensure system-wide stability. The findings suggest that improved leadership training, clear policy directives, and equitable resource allocation are critical to addressing these issues.
