The Development and Application of a Learning Management Model for Preserving Thai History: A Case Study on the Nakhon Phanom Miracle

This study aimed to develop a learning management model for preserving Thai history, particularly focusing on the 'Nakhon Phanom Miracle,' and to evaluate its effectiveness among students under the Nakhon Phanom Secondary Education Service Area. Utilizing research and development (R&D) methodology, the study involved 109 students, 6 key informants, and 50 students in a target group. The findings indicated that the developed model, termed SIM-AE, significantly improved students' academic performance and satisfaction with learning activities. This model incorporates principles of self-directed learning, practical engagement, and the use of technology, demonstrating its potential as an educational tool for enhancing historical knowledge and cultural preservation among Thai students.
