Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Na Nong Thum Subdistrict Municipality Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province

Abstract

The objective of this research were 1.To study the opinions on the administration according to the principles of good governance of Na Nong Thum Sub-district Municipality, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. 2. To compare the level of opinions of people in Na Nong Thum Sub-district Municipality. And 3. To study the approach to the administration according to the principles of good governance of Na Nong Thum Sub-district Municipality. The sample group consisted of heads of households living in Na Nong Thum Sub-district Municipality, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, both male and female, who were able to provide information, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula (Yamane. 1973), totaling 348 people. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts of content. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, including numbers, percentages, means, and standard deviations. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test. For the comparison of opinions on the administration of good governance of Na Nong Thum Sub-district Municipality, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, classified by gender, age, education level, occupation, work experience, and average monthly income.

        The resulte of findings were as follows :  

        For overall of the concepts on Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Na Nong Thum Subdistrict Municipality in Na Klang District of Nong Bua Lamphu Province were in high level (= 3.56, S.D.= 0.87) and considering on each aspect, there were founded that the highest level was responsibility (= 3.67, S.D.= 0.97), the rest was transparency

 (= 3.57, S.D.= 1.09) and the least level was cooperation (= 3.44, S.D.= 0.92) 

        For overall of the results on comparison of the concepts on Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Na Nong Thum Subdistrict Municipality in Na Klang District of Nong Bua Lamphu Province by dividing on gender, age, educational levels, occupation, working experiences and monthly income were on statistical significant Difference at 0.05 level. But, there were not on Difference for dividing on gender, age, educational levels, and monthly income.

        The suggestion on guidelines for development on Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Na Nong Thum Subdistrict Municipality in Na Klang District of Nong Bua Lamphu Province should be on as follows : 1. Giving opportunity for people on participation for checking of working 2. Giving the information and general data to the people on easiest access 3. Giving opportunity for people on participation of general projects performance.
