Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of public opinion towards Developinga silk weaving group and increasing income for the community, Ban Bueng Mai, KaeSubdistrict, Rattanaburi District Surin Province 2) To compare public opinions towardsDeveloping a silk weaving group and increasing income for the community, Ban Bueng Mai,Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District Surin Province and 3) to present the guidelinesDeveloping a silk weaving group and increasing income for the community, Ban Bueng Mai,district, Rattanaburi District Surin Province Using a research model thatquantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative research uses a sample group ofpeople in the community, Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District. Surin ProvinceUsing a random sampling method from Taro Yama Ne's formula, a total sample group of 208eople was obtained using a multi-stage sampling method. A questionnaire wacollect data. The nature of the questionnaire was both open-ended. and the closed end hasa reliability value of the quantitative questionnaire equal to 0.921 . Test the hypothesis. Bytesting the t-value ( t) (One Way ANOVA), one-way analysis of variance. In the event that adifference is found to be statistically signifcant at the 0.05 level , the difference will beanalyzed using the least signifcant effect method. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency values. Percentage, mean ( x) and standard deviation ( SD) and qualitative research Using in-depth interviews ( In-depth Interview) as a tool for collecting 20 data.person  Including 1 village headman and 2 assistant village headmen group of silk weavers12 people  People in community 5 people using a specifc selection method and usingcontent analysis techniques to complement the context. The research results found that: 1. People in the community There are opinions on the level of guidelines for developing the silk weaving group and increasing income for the community of Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District. Surin Province Overall it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the level of development of the silk weaving group and increasing income for the community of Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District Surin Province , in the area of raw materials , the average was at a high level, followed by the weavers group, the average was at a high level, the investment side had an average at a high level, respectively, and fnally, the aspect of labor employment had an average at a high level. 2. Results of comparing public opinions of Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District Surin Province according to category 4 Aspects of development: development of silk weavinggroups and increasing income for the community of Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict,tanaburi District Surin Province Classified by personal status including gender,el of education, occupation, and average monthly income, it was found that Patus, occupation, and monthly income There are different levels of guicdeveloping the silk weaving group and increasing income for the community, Ban Bueng Mai,Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District. Surin Province as a whole is no different. Therepothesis was rejected. As for the people who have sex and education level Thedifferen levels of development of silk weaving groups and increasing income for thecommunity of Ban Bueng Mai, Kae Subdistrict, Rattanaburi District. Surin Province Overalldifferent With statistical significance at the 0.05 level , the set hypothesis is thereforeaccepted.
