Participatory Management Affecting Student Affairs in Educational Institutions Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi

Abstract
This research article aims to measure the level of participatory administration of educational institutions, to measure the level of student affairs administration of educational institutions, and analyzing the causal relationship between participatory management and school student affairs administration. This research uses a quantitative research model. Data were collected by questionnaires from a sample group of school administrators and teachers in large educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi, 6 places, totaling 178 people. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the level of overall and individual participatory administration of educational institutions was at the highest level (2) the overall and individual level of student affairs administration of educational institutions was at and (3) participatory management affecting the administration of student affairs, educational institutions, the predictive equation Ytotal = 1.932 + .427X4 + .160X1 with an R2 value of .485 was statistically significant at .05 level.
