It addresses societal problems, enables the efficient delivery of services, and creates long-term solutions that benefit communities and businesses alike. The purpose of this essay is to examine the many types of public-private partnerships used in the provision of public goods and services. The findings demonstrate the importance of public-private partnerships in delivering public goods and services by tackling resource and financial limitations as well as intricate societal issues. Contractual agreements, joint ventures, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and the privatization of state-owned businesses are only a few examples of the various forms that each have their own advantages and difficulties. Effective collaborations make use of the resources, creativity, and experience of the private sector to boost productivity, cut expenses, and enhance service quality. In conclusion, public-private partnerships highlight the need for stakeholder engagement, strong regulatory frameworks, and openness. In the face of changing global challenges, these partnerships are essential to ensure equitable and sustainable service delivery.
2025-05-09T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Administrative Journal for Local Development https://so19.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/j_asc/article/view/1253 Advanced Leadership Strategies: Cultivating Excellence as an Inspirational Boss 2024-12-31T14:07:16+07:00 Somboon Kaewlamai Somboon_keaw@hotmail.com Watcharaporn Jantanukul chomchob49@gmail.com Sanya Kenaphoom zumsa_17@hotmail.com
One of the key components of organizational success is leadership excellence, and developing this quality requires sophisticated leadership techniques. The study identifies five core competencies essential for educational leaders in driving sustainable development: strategic problem-solving, emotional intelligence, innovation, teamwork, and adaptability to change. Furthermore, it presents a three-dimensional framework for developing these competencies, emphasizing training and skill development, the integration of technology to support learning, and experiential learning. These strategies can be effectively applied within educational institutions and communities to promote long-term sustainability. The findings underscore that strengthening the competencies of educational leaders in the ESD framework not only enhances the efficiency of educational management but also fosters positive societal and community transformations.
